Easy Ping is a plugin that adds ping to search engines support to Joomla 1.5. It can ping popular search engines like google, yahoo, msn live, technorati, and more. In addition it autocreates a sitemap.xml file with last 100 contents. Also, if you use to copy images with copy&paste from another sites, it can handle them and download automatically. This helps in the way that if the other image is removed, your site continues working well. 2009-11-20 Version 1.2 * Support for a different sitemap to ping. You can write one sitemap url relative to your site and easyping will ping that sitemap instead of the default (generated) sitemap * Problems with images with strange characters like spaces and others are not problem anymore. Easyping converts the filenames to a md5 hash of the original filename.

With this Plugin you can protect several contentitems with a password. To see the Content, the visitors dont have to register, they only need to know the password. Just type {password} in the Content you want to protect. Then the global password from the Mambot-settings is used. Also a password can be given in the contentas a parameter. For multiple passwords you can repeat the Mambot-Code. The global password is working, too. Ex: Code: {password test}{password 22} You typed the correct password! Easy Search searches the content from menu, article, section, category, front page and module like Easy Search Lite. http://extensions.joomla.org/extensions/administration/admin-add-ons/4552 The difference between Easy Search Lite and Easy Search is that Easy Search enables to enlarge the search range by installing the plugin. For example, if you install a plugin which searches the content from Virtuemart, Easy Search can display the direct link for the product detail page you usually have to go by clicking your mouse several times. That means you do not have to tell your client how to navigate to the product page as well. All you have to tell your client is to search the product name in Easy Search and just click the link for the product detail page. The homepage still does not have enough information about this component, but I hope you can figure out what this component can do by using Lite at first.
